Dale Arndt applies decades of automation experience and expertise to solving manufacturing challenges in the automotive, aerospace, consumer products, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, mining and agra industries.
As Director of Engineering at FANUC Canada, Dale provides mechanical, electrical, software and safety systems leadership in implementing robotic automation in leading-edge, real-world solutions.
Dale also participates with high schools, colleges and universities on cross-discipline curriculum applicable to robots and automation and provides industry input into government organizations like CSA and the Ontario Centres of Excellence. As a Canadian national judge in the global FIRST Robotics Competition (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), Dale mentors high-school teams and participates in the annual FIRST events.
Dale writes engineering case studies and business articles for industry publications on diverse subjects ranging from zero-labour manufacturing to robotic prosthetics.
