Harpal Mandaher co-founded Sarcomere Dynamics in 2021. Before assuming the full-time role of CEO, he served over 32 years in the Canadian Armed Forces. He managed teams of up to 1800 personnel and coordinated complex projects involving multiple agencies and stakeholders. He has been involved in strategic planning, operational coordination, and crisis management at the highest levels of Canadian and NATO military organizations. His technical background includes military project management and equipment testing and procurement. Harpal’s formal education includes Bachelor of Military Arts and Science (BMASc) and Master of Defence Studies (MDS), from the Royal Military College of Canada.
