TE Connectivity, Canadian Automotive Division
Sam is currently the Managing Director for TE Connectivity’s Canadian Automotive Division, as well as the Co-Founder and serves as the current Global Business Manager for TE’s Automotive Lighting Business. He has been with TE Connectivity since 1997.
Sam has an Engineering Degree from Ryerson University as well as a Business Degree from York University. Sam has over 30 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, primarily focused in Plastics, Optics, and Electronics segments.
Sam continues to serve the Canadian Industry through various professional volunteering efforts. He is Chairman of APMA’s Strategic Initiatives Committee, the Founder and member of the CVWG’s Executive Planning Team (Connected Vehicle Working Group) within the APMA. Sam is the Co-Chair of CAPC’s (Canadian Automotive Partnership Council), Innovation & Commercialization Working Committee, as well as being Chairman of DFAIT’s Automotive Advisory Council.
He is also served for 10 years as an APMA Board member and was a past APMA Chairman for 2 terms.
